Came here to get food after work late night. Ordered my food through the app and pulled into the drive through. They said sorry we cant take any orders for another hour because they were switching menus. I told them i ordered through the app and they still couldnt take the order. Had to dispute the charge. Dont advertise 24 hours if you cant be 24 hours. Waste of time. Just close the store for petes sake.
Don't stay open late if you can't staff or serve customers. Stuck in a drive thru for 40 minutes is not only unacceptable, but a safety issue. Edit: going on 50 minutes!
I have to wait five minutes outside, which I know that’s not gonna be that long but my fries not good soggy with oil my burger not soo good … they need an inspector to come and inspect this location bad service but quality poor customer support, poor service and all
Screen was broken on one drive thru but great service.
