The young man at the drive thru window was very kind, and helpful.
Place is a mad house at peak breakfast hours. And seems the team breaks down and starts running in circles heads down eyes closed. An elderly couple had been sitting for over 30 min with receipt and table number on display. Not one employee has looked there way or called there number.
One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited—and unfortunately, it’s in my hometown. This location used to be well-kept, but now it’s just disappointing. Don’t be fooled by the snazzy computer kiosks; the restaurant is dirty and the service is painfully slow. I watched as they prepared orders one by one instead of using an assembly-line process like most other McDonald’s. No wonder the drive-thru line was so long.
