I ordered 3 double qtr pounder. And when I opened the bag at home. This is what i got. Both sidees of the burger had only bottom part of the buns. And patty was like shoved inside it. Dissapointment.
I ordered through door dash, my order was incomplete. I called to let them know and they put me on hold. I've been on hold for 27mins and counting. And on the background you can hear employees joking, laughing and just having fun. Customer service is nothing like before I've noticed that over the years the service has gone down the drain.
Poor customer service isn’t good at all
It's stupid that you want to buy something when the entrance is closed and they don't sell to you because you don't have a car, as if you're going to pay with it.
