Food is always good and hot, but service is very slow.
I ordered food online. When I went to get the food, they told me that the drink I ordered was out of stock. It was fine. But I paid and they didn't give me a refund. This is a problem with your management and software. I said I would come over tomorrow to get a drink but that didn't work. This kind of problem often happens here. No refund after payment.
