Upgraded my meal without asking. Steak bagel was nasty. Upgraded my drink without asking again! You could see by the appearance of hashbrown that grease is very dirty. Last week got the wrong order in drive-thru. This week the hashbrown was cold. This McDonald's has really went downhill. Maybe if the employees were less worried about their phones and more about the customer experience.

while ordering i thought i had given enough time to go ahead with my next item and was responded with “HOLD ON HOLD ON HOLD ON IM TRYING TO DO TWO THINGS AT ONCE” then when i got to the pay window i had cash quarters and rest on card when i said i had quarters she responded with “OH MY GOD” like i get its annoying i work in retail too but your girl is broke and wanted some comfort food and no matter what you shouldn’t act like that to a customer, you also get paid by the hour not customer it’s not like it directly affected y... read more
