They were pretty fast. The only issue is the lady that gave us our food said switching from a white milk to an apple juice would change the price of the haply meals.

Staff members were pretty busy and didn't make customer service a priority. [1] I asked a young man that was stocking cups at the drink machine where the lemonade was; he said that it was behind the counter, but he didn't assist me. I waited at the counter and there was no one available to help. When the cup stocker was finished, he offered to assist me. It felt like he could have helped or found someone to help sooner. My quarter pounder was raw in the middle. Was disgusting. Check your food. Update... McDonald's sent a message that doesn't open a link. When I found how to send a reply, it won't send because their comment link is incomplete. I'm sure the reply is just a robot response and not the owner of the St.James location. If I lived locally I would have the county health department come and do food prep checks and things would change.
