Customer service hit or miss. Some are super nice, others won't even acknowledge when you say thank you after they hand your food. My main complaint is the soft drinks. I'm not sure what is wrong with their drink machine, if the mixture is off or what, but it is disgusting and always has been. I can't even drink their coca-colas, my preferred beverage at fast food.
