THIS RESTAURANT IS IN NEED OF NEW MANAGEMENT!!! So I decided to go to this McDonald’s at night around 11:30PM. Before I arrived, I placed a mobile order so I can receive my food on time without much delay. Upon arrival, I pull up to the 2nd drive through window where I see my order paid on the screen. I wait a few minutes until a worker greets me at the window and states “this store is closed,” despite the fact it’s a 24 hour store. Every single time we come by there is always something going on, I literally spent about 20 minutes on the drive thru intercom waiting for someone to answer the last time we came by, the staff is rude and untrained, even the managers are rude, don’t even apologize for taking so long.
