Why is it when I visit this location and order in the drive thru my order is wrong nearly every time and is super slow. Other Springfield locations don’t have this issue why can’t the E Main St location get it right?
Nice employees, but they could do better about not neglecting their curbside pickup customers
Ordered food for pickup in the app, a double qpc meal and a wrap meal. What I got was probably a crime against nature. They couldn't be bothered to read the order and instead of a double QPC I received a single QPC with a patty that was old and gristly. The fries, jesus the fries, are probably a crime. They were HOT, however... You could taste that the fries had been under the warmer for sometime, so they scooped the fries from the warmer, tossed em in a basket, and refried them.
