This place has just progressively gotten worse. The wait times are absolutely insane. We just waited 20 minutes and we were the second car in line. There's always 2 people working and that's it. They screw up almost every order, either giving the wrong items or not giving items that were paid for. This has to be the worst McDonald's in Springfield.
Terrible service and the employees did not have any care to acknowledge me at the front counter, which has no way to bother the associates, and after waiting over 10 minutes i finally get my drink except it was wrong and i got a diet coke instead of normal coke. The manager also had walked past from the outside to get back through to the kitchen and also did not acknowledge me or the other 3 people waiting at the front. Atrocious customer service by managers and counter employee. Rude employees all around, wrong food, cold fries. Bad experience overall. nobody here gives a damn about customers go spend your money elsewhere
