Long time customer. Unfortunately I`ve seen a steady decline in customer service, drive through, the staff don`t seem to care about accuracy in customer orders. I have even gotten other people`s orders in place of mine. A simple order of fries can not be done right, too soggy in place of crisp, no salt extra salt in place. I see this is do to POOR manager training of staff and the caring MORE about speed of order fulfillment then accuracy.
