Not only did it take 45 minutes a worker pulled a cigarette out at the counter on the clock
Literally went in the drive through, no one answered, no one was at the pay out, went inside, took several minutes for someone to get to us, ended up charging us for something they didn't have. Smh 🤦🏼♀️
Forgot my drinks. So that's $3 lost. Didn't give butter with the pancakes. Was only 1-2 customers but took 10 minutes.
I got food to eat here and I waited for 30 minutes. Meanwhile the drive thru was moving. I asked them why its taking so long and they said " drive-thru customers are priority. our times actually count in the drive-thru"
This place sucks, and not another McDonald's in 50 miles. It's definetly a product of the area it is in. Surprising McDonald's allowed a store here really considering there are not enough people in the area willing to work.
