Long wait at drive through. Had to go in to get order. Then my order was wrong. No salt on fries. Unbelievable incompetence.
Just tried the 100 nugget challenge. I failed bad but the staff supported me the entire time
I placed an order online. When I gave the TWO girls on the drive thru speaker my assigned number, I got no response. When I said “Hello?”, I was met with, “We heard you!”. Well, unless you respond to the customer, they don’t necessarily know you heard them. Then I was told, “We’ll get started making that.” The whole point of online ordering is to lessen the wait for your order.
