What can I say it's McDonald's
Ordered a big mac by itself to go $6. It was ice cold. Tasted and felt like it had been sitting for a while. So when I got home I called the store. I told them my complaint. They requested I take back the uneaten portion to the store. I explained I was unable to do that until tomorrow. They remained steadfast they wanted my uneaten morsels of the Mac. I wish I can give a negative 0. Workers and manager and assistant store manager were all rude. Every time I place a delivery order ( every other day) I am always missing sauces. I have records of my calls of complaints for that issue ( both with McDonald’s and delivery companies). It happened again and I called and explained the situation to a Xavier (manager) and advised maybe a little training should be given to their employees because it’s ridiculous to call and complain and get a $2 refund .
