This location lacks customer service. I observed a family in front of me leaving due to no one coming to take their order. I waited some time before an employee acknowledged me. The manager on duty was called to accommodate a coupon, she was rude, raising her voice at me regarding the coupon in question. When I ask for her name, she refused. My family also, left the establishment.
