This particular restaurant among most other locations are despicably bad bad any more. I can’t tell you the last time I went through the drive through without getting pulled forward to wait on my very simple orders and then the order will be wrong. Every time. Gone down hill!!!!
Honestly you're my favorite McDonald's, probably one of the very best ive ever been and your manager is quite an impressive person, very nice employees. BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ..... please!!!!!....... That drive thru line where you take 4 cars on the left for every one on the right had me waiting for you to take orders from people who arrived AFTER me. I order from here a lot, both pickup and delivery. The employees here are always kind and when there are issues they are quick and kind fixing them. I will say that if you're ordering for pickup or in the drive thru, don't go between 4 and 5:30. They're swamped. And during that time frame they tend to forget the whipped cream on iced mochas.
