Told to pull up for my Chicken sandwich order, waited 15 MINUTES, asked what was the wait for? Employee said angrily “had to cook the chicken”. Took a bite of the sandwich, it was old and cold not fresh at all. He lied. Went inside to get a refund manager was pissed at me for complaining about my long wait and cold food.
Friendly staff and clean facilities. I'm loving it!
Customer service is horrible
Worst McDonalds in town. 4 drive thru cars having to pull up to wait for orders. I have been sitting for 10 minutes in my car waiting for "fast food" Ridiculous.
