We have been loyal customers of this McDonald's for over 9 years. We usually talk with Angie who is amazing!. However, recently the service has gone down hill. Twice in the last month we have made our order with the drive-thru and both times we had to repeat our order multiple times. Then when we get to the window to pay, we had to repeat it again to ensure correctness. Both times we then had to take our food back inside because it was wrong.
