Horrible experience I drove to McDonald’s through the drive-through they messed up my order I went inside. They still messed up the order again the third time they told me they finally fixed it. I drove home just to find out that I had someone else’s order even though I asked for a refund multiple times they told me that they were going to make it right. If I could give negative stars I would. Entire restaurant reeked of bathroom contents. Kiosks weren't working, asked for assistance and told to use another kiosk. The place was dirty with garbage, ketchup, and crumbs everywhere. They forgot 3 items from our order prompting a return to the counter. I would skip entering or eating inside altogether.

Food tasted like I was eating cardboard and how can it even taste non fresh when I literally ordered it right as the menu switched to lunch

Went a few minutes before 11:00 on a Sunday and waited till 11:00 to get lunch. No problem. 11:00 comes around and I order lunch. Order taker was a very nice young lady. Then everything from there was horrible. All the tables are filthy, floor dirty, no lids for the drinks. I go up and wait for my food thinking it's 11:00 it should be freshly made.
