Order taker in drive thru was extremely rude. New to using the app and only use it far and few between as I never eat out; the worker copped am attitude with me when asking how to use codes.
zero stars this McDonalds ain't it the employees are mean and female manager is the worst one. Go inside to order and double check it. Thank me later. Oh if they tell you to park for a drink say no. Multiple missing items and everything I did get was ice cold... and stale! Do not order or visit from this location
PLEASE TRAIN THE EMPLOYEES at this location. I beg of you. The employees are always extremely rude and have zero customer service skills. Went through this McDonalds again, my mistake. I specified twice through the speaker that I wanted one coffee because for some reason they heard two. I paid then realized I was double charged as I was pulling to the second window. They gave me one coffee. I said that I was charged for two and the employee got someone else who handed me cash back for a coffee and shut the window. Nothing wa... read more
