Cannot wait for automation to take over at this location. Not only do they make orders 50% of the time wrong, they always stick you in the drive through overflow (even when its not busy) because they either have terrible ownership, management, or employees....or maybe a combination of all three.
The only reason they get a 1 star is because the employees I interact with are nice. I had to wait and I expected the fries to be hot but they were lukewarm at best. I love sweet tea but I dont get it from this location because it's disgusting. I went to mcds in Martinsville the other day and the sweet tea was amazing and the 5 minute wait was worth it because you could tell the fries came right out.....hot and fresh! Will not be returning
