Terrible customer service, I waited at the counter for 30 mins or more watching the take care of mostly online orders then added to drive thru orders whenever they'd pull up. Mind you when I walked up to McDonald's there were ZERO cars in the drive thru. The cashier had a terrible attitude, wouldn't listen to customers when requesting condiments or bathroom codes due to her rushing around the kitchen.
