Got to the drive thru, they took my order at 8:00pm…. It is now 8:30pm and I have not received my order! Literally the slowest McDonalds I have EVER been to! I understand they may be understaffed, but at least let your customers know when they order, there is significant wait time! I’m on my way home, 1 HR away, I could’ve been half way home and gotten my food somewhere else! WTH!
Ordered food in the app and still had to wait over an hour in the drive-through to grab my food. This is ridiculous in a small town where there’s not many options and this is supposed to be an easy option. It’s miserable every time we go.
Fries were hard and cold with no salt ! Can you do better ?
Will not be going back to this location in the evening didn't give me what i ordered and very rude
