Poor coffee quality, burgers are usually soggy or straight up wet and literally thrown together or mashed halfway to mush, and the wait time for even a coffee or fries on a slow day is 5-10 minutes just for a cols coffee and cold fries.
Ordered a bun-less jr. chili chicken burger and whoever prepped it, a HUGE thank you for the extra touch! Ordered on May 27/26, afternoon shift.
