Fries was old and cold
Managers were super rude the last several times I've been there.
Staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. My order is placed at the McDonald's app before breakfast had ended for counter puckup. This is not the first time I have done this through the application at this particular restaurant and during all previous visits my order was sitting inside at the counter. When I arrived approximately 3 minutes after 10:30, I was informed that because I was not there by 10:29 my order had been removed and canceled. This McDonald's is so clean inside, the food is good and the employees are so friendly. Even though they don't have a playplace they do have a pair of the touch screens for the kids to play on and a couple light up tables, there is also a back room that is semi private would be good for group gatherings/parties etc.
