Never had an issue like this before. I placed my order through the drive through, and found a half eaten cheeseburger at the bottom of my bag. We ordered chicken sandwhiches. I called and asked for a refund and the manager said "I bagged your order, there was no half eaten sandwich" like it just magically appeared in the bag? After trying to blame me multiple times, he said the only way he would refund me is if I come during his shift with all of the food from the bag and receipt. I stopped here for breakfast this morning, and I ordered the #1 that consisted of an egg McMuffin, hashbrowns, and a small coffee. The egg McMuffin was delicious right up to the moment I crunched into egg shells. Beware of egg shells in the egg McMuffin.
This is a top-tier location. The staff is friendly, fast, and extremely efficient. The food is always hot and fresh. My order, no matter how simple or complex, is always correct. This location is the gold standard for McDonald's.
