I understand that showing up at 2 am is an inconvenience but this place is open 24/7 and some people are working overnight shifts too just wanting to get lunch somewhere. I came in the drive through where the man on drive thru who wasnt even wearing a uniforn was extremely rude when i was confused about him ringing in my water as sweet tea and then proceeded to take an unreasonable time making my food with horrible quality. Children go to McDonald’s for the play area and the toys. My kids received toys they genuinely disliked. The toys were sealed, and my kids knew what was inside based on the image on the packaging. They politely asked if they could exchange them for different toys from the same series. The manager refused, even though she had plenty of other toys available right beside her. Went to grab an order using the curbside pickup and I sat and waited for almost 40 minutes (all the other people waiting in the curbside pickup were also sitting there forever because there was apparently nobody bringing out any orders) I go through the drive through to pick up my order and I have to tell 3 different people my name and my order until I finally am able to get the order and the girl at the last window was super rude.
