Dont go here. This place hires the most incompetent employees! Even the manager is completely incompetent and couldn't even get the right order straight. We ordered food through the drive through and later realialized they messed up our order and forgot to include food we had ordered and paid for. When we returned to let them know, they didnt even apologized and the guy at the windows even gave us a bad attitude. What kind of customer service is this? This place is a joke and so stupid! Corporate needs to retrain everyone!
Cool McDonald's with the huge indoor playground. Perfect to take my daughter after a a clients meeting in Ladera Ranch. We are surprised at it is not that busy during dinner time. There are other businesses in the center. We will visit next time.
The drive thru at night time is terrible. Expect half an hour to make an order
the second time instead of a hot latte they gave me iced, when I said that I ordered a hot one, they said that they don't have it. they didn't put 3 fries in the bag. the service is at a low level. I don't recommend it. 7/7/26 And just like that, this is the worst McDonald's. I placed an order in advance via the app, arrived, waited, and never got it. This time, I didn't get anything at all!😁
Was fine. My online order was missing a drink and I was standing there being ignored. Just doing a shout-out because there was one very pleasant employee (brunette, pigtails) who took note and helped me out Update: twice in two weeks they short my order by 1 burger - I'm not drving about back for a refund when you missed up. Enjoy losing support for raising minimum wage
