I just wanted to apologize to the guy that works on Sunday morning at the first window. This was a few weeks ago in October of 2025. I was screaming and crying because I wanted the shake to be great like it always was by first in line. The guy went out of his way to help by even suggesting to make it in front of his so it comes out not soupy but I was so focused on being upset that I didn't hear what he was saying until after my dad told me.
