Came inside when I normally just go through the drive thru. I ordered a McNugget meal. First the sodas are all flat, and corbonless! Including their normally crisp Coca Cola. After getting my food, there was not a clean table. I cleaned myself with a napkin and hand sanitizer.. Fries are soggy as heck, and nuggets are not cooked all the way thru. Lady was super apologetic but just wasn’t a good experience at this location
Manager Elizabeth was rude and completely disrespectful to me . I was called girl and told .. I’m trying to help YOU. Then she says Oh so you DO need my help. Other associates stood smiling while I was addressed this way. I will detail my complaint in the store tomorrow and in writing to corporate.
1st of all they gave me my drink and attempted to send me off WITHOUT my food, then when I got it the food the bottom bun for my double cheeseburger was rock hard, completely unsatisfied
