We ordered 2 meals, got the fries and drink, but never got the burgers. It took nearly 30 mins to get out burgers. The staff acted like they had no idea what they were even doing. When I tried handing my cash to the guy at the register, he just stared at it like he didn't know what to do with it. This is just my second time and I will never go back to this store. First time they screwed my order all the way up.
I received fast and very friendly service from a manager, Gaby, and a young man who's name started with an R. I noticed a crew of very young people running this McDonald's and they have always been very friendly to me.
When they mess up your order they act like it’s your fault. Bad attitude by shift lead.
