It's was slow
Staff kept was right behind the order pick up station, by at least group of 3 talking and carrying on while there was multiple people waiting there to be acknowledged and get taken care of. Currently working big box retail as a store director, there are definitely opportunities there for customer service in the "perception is reality" portion.
