Drive thru isn't my favorite at this location they never can get my order right or I'm waiting for 30 mins in a parking spot they put me in and I feel like they have cut out customer service as well for the most part me personally I don't mind the machine that takes our order but a lot of the older customers don't know how and don't really care to learn them machines and end up waiting 10 minutes to even get someone at the counter to even help them
If you need a quick bite and just have to it’s ok. Food is blah.
Really bad service, workers have a really bad attitude, I was waiting for cashier on the inside and she said I had to order on the kiosk, someone was there already and I asked her if I could order on the register and she said no in a very ugly attitude. So I went on the drive thru, when I went to the second window I was told to move to the front for a very simple order the young lady with an attitude aswell. I was tired traveling, never stopping here ever again.
We ordered our food at 10:20 for breakfast through the mobile app and when we arrived at 10:30 they said they couldn’t make our breakfast order so what’s the point of the app to order your food if they wait till u get there to make it worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to they better refund me my order never stopping here again
Just got an Arch Delux meal to go and got home with it and the patties are basically raw and bloody, had to throw it away!
