What's the point of advertising a Spicy Egg McMuffin and delivering a plain one?
I stopped by McDonald’s today, as I usually do, to order a shareable. When I placed my order at the drive-thru, I mentioned the shareable to the person taking my order (I believe his name was Eduardo or Jonathan), but he immediately gave me a hard time. He told me they didn’t have it and suggested I go to another location instead. I asked if it might just not be showing on his screen or if I could possibly order it inside, but he was very dismissive and insistent that I leave and try somewhere else. I never have issues with this McDonald's.The service is always excellent!!!
You have to buy your own food, the machine is difficult, while there's a guy who gets paid to sit next to you in case you need help, it's ridiculous.
