I don’t know what the purpose of taking an order and putting a sticky note on the food with instructions is if the instructions are clearly ignored. I ordered no lettuce and got nothing but a lettuce sandwich. Can people not read anymore or do they just not care? … maybe a little of both? Waiting for the Netflix documentary on the crash and burn of McDonald’s. Fake food. China. I digress.
Great in the morning. The night crew tho suck they alway and I mean always will have you waiting for an order that is already made🙄 just letting your food get cold.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Krystal (spelling?) on a few occasions. She has always been cordial and gone out of her way to make my experiences great. Being in the restaurant business for many years I can say she is top notch. She needs a raise or promotion! Well done!!! Side note ...I don't give many fast food places 5 stars 🙃😉
