We eat at McDonald's a lot, and this has been the worst McDonald's experience of our lives! We placed our order online via the app and provided the code; there was a sign stating that it takes 60 seconds to deliver orders—yeah, right! They sent us to Parking Spot 1, where we waited over 10 minutes for our order. The coffee was missing, so my husband had to get out of the car to go retrieve it himself.
