Truly the most disrespectful manager I have ever encountered. I would say the same about the team, however attitude reflects leadership. If they had a competent leader, the rest of the team would treat people with respect as well. When service is terrible, at the very least you can do is offer an apology. Not looking for free food, just to be treated as a person
