Slow crowed wrong food in the bag etc
You literally stand at the front counter for 5 mins while they look at you . The manager just sits there writing temps while bitching about having to make her appt . The lack of professional this establishment carries for YEARSSS NOW , is a disgrace . 15 -25 min waits for front counter while they focus mainly on their drive through . Hate this McDonald’s.
Posted hours state lobby is open until 11. Go to pick up my counter order and I'm told the lobby is closed for anyone but door dash. My order can't be cancelled via the app. What is this terrible customer service?
Love it!
