Employee was extremely rude. Food was cold to the point the cheese wouldn't melt. I despise this location.

i rarely come here because i don’t like mcdonald’s, especially this locations. but everytime i pick up food for my family without fail im always greeted with horrible customer service. everyone is so rude and there’s always an issue with my order. the whole place is ran by teenagers who don’t know and were never trained for customer service jobs. if i knew names id drop them. like i said to add, food is always cold, im always missing sauce, my sodas ive gotten have been half empty. overall horrible location i wonder where ma... read more

Consistently over probably at least a half a dozen visits over the last 3 months, always a problem with orders in the Drive-Thru, food not consistently made, frequently burned and stale buns, commonly out of certain drinks or their ice cream machine doesn't work, fries undercooked Perrier get the picture? There are other McDonald's in the area that do a much better job with their food quality and service. Honestly I wish they would just shut this location down and replace it with something don't already have three of.
