I’ve ordered a latte on the app two different mornings around 6:30 a.m. The first time, I was told the machine was in “cleaning” mode and wouldn’t be ready for about 30 minutes, so I just took a refund. I figured someone had started the cleaning cycle late that day—no big deal. But this morning, it happened again. Same story: “cleaning” mode, not available, refund issued. Customer service was terrible. Took 20 minutes to get food and nobody was at front counter. They were on filling orders from the drive thru.
Takes along time to wait
THIS WAS SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! I never been to this McDonalds but I’m never coming back. The food was undercooked there was mold on the bread also the bathroom had maggots in the trash can there was even bugs floating in the toilet. The service was unacceptable they charged us for something we didn’t order and I had experienced food poisoning 3 days in a row. Overall this was a 1 star meal for me and my 5 kids NEVER COMING BACK!!!
