They make us wait long even for small orders. Usually for the order I ordered will only take a minute to prepare, but the lady waited me for half an hour. That's really disgusting and I promise I won't order in this location again for sure. The same thing happened to my friend as well, waiting long, definitely you missed 2 customers for sure I promise.
There's a difference between being stressed and being rude and the manager (the older man in the red hat) rolling his eyes at a customer for asking about their order when it's taking them 20+ mins to fulfill it, is rude in any context. At least its clean.
