The manager, lead on duty at 3:30pm, 9/14/25, was VERY rude, condescending attitude, lacks customer service and communication skills. Trying to "act" polite, doesn't know how. I simply said as I was leaving, that maybe he should work on his communication skills a bit with customers, his reply, then maybe you shouldn't come back here. Tell ya what,,,, I won't. To the owner of that location? This guy is NOT someone you really want behind a counter and as a lead for the other employees.
This McDonald's location stole my money. Ordered on the app, was CHARGED, checked in with my code, got a reciept at the 1st window, pulled up to the 2nd window and at first they said order was not in system then they said there was an issue with the payment but my card was charged and shows up on my bank account. They said to reorder and refused to give me the order that I PAID for.
