Wow. This place has seriously taken a nose dive over the last few months.
I have never been to this Mcdonald's and not had to wait an exorbitant amount of time for the simplest of meals. In fact, I am writing this review in my car after already having to wait 10 minutes and counting for 3 double cheeseburgers, ONLY 3 double cheesburgers. And that's on the shorter end of the wait times I've had to endure. I don't know if it's understaffing, laziness, or sheer incomptence, but they really need to get their act together.
Every time I place an online order I never receive any of the food I order through rewards or deals. Today I ordered a free medium fry, I received the bag with no fries at all. Earlier this week I ordered a free mcchicken, never received it, then I asked the employee about it they played dumb. Upsetting.
This establishment is a piece of work the manager on duty is very rude I would not recommend this McDonald's at all to anybody so if you live on the West side of Evansville Indiana please do not go to this McDonald's at night they're very rude and on the website it says they're open until 11:00 but when we try to go order our food they're snobby and rude and denied us from ordering our food so yeah zero Stars would not recommend
