Older latina woman (manager) was very rude in the drive thru window, I asked for ketchup and with an attitute she rudely handed me only 3 packets for a whole order of food.
The manager in the drive thru called me a fag in Spanish. - not realizing I speak Spanish and understood what she said…. I came through the drive-through and part of my order was missing, so I walked in and slightly waited. Once I explained to her that I was missing part of my order, she turned around and then started saying things about me in Spanish. That was a very disappointing moment and very sad time. Will expect a response from them sooner than later…
I usually only get coffee from here. McDonalds french fries have the life span of...well something that dies very quickly. I'd say a fly but even their longevity beats a McDonalds french fry. Haha If the fries somewhere aren't good I opt for somewhere else all together if I am wanting a quick meal.
I was almost to the middle of my sandwich and it was raw !! I took it back and the manager mid age lady said I should have asked for it well done !!! This is very unacceptable for a place that's supposed to put food safety first I will be contacting HR for this !!!!!!
