Garbage service
Our elderly mother tried calling and was cursed out by the manager (who identified herself as a manager), who THEN proceeded to call back and harass her.
Every time I enter this restaurant as a pickup driver, the customer service is nonexistent! I was in there recently, and the two ladies that were working totally ignored all of the customers and were too busy dancing and listening to their explicit music, handling their cell phones and therefore shouldn’t be working behind the counter! Whoever trains these people at this location needs to do a better job or they need to bring a supervisor in to babysit. Got food at 8:15 and they forgot the nuggets and the fries were cold and nasty. Drove back over to the McDonald’s and went through the drive through. Explained to young lady who snippidly said come around to second window. The time was about 8:35. Closes at 9 and at 8:48 with no contact until a manager I assume hollers at us they are closed. Make this make sense?
