The drive-thru is always backed up and you're waiting 5-10 minutes during the day they just never seemed to have either a good system or the right people working there or enough people working there. Drive-thrus or should be quick not waiting 10 minutes to get to the window for a simple drink
The owner of this franchise should be ashamed to admit this is their store people in the lobby not acknowledged, delivery drivers waiting 20+ minutes for orders and staff walking by without a single word or glance,absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.Avoid this place at all costs
Whoever owns the franchise store should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve never seen a smaller crew of people try to do the work fully functioning McDonald’s.
