Went thru the right drive thru lane and waited for a bit and watched 3 other people be helped in the left, so we asked politely if this lane was out of order and got no response and so assumed it wasn’t working. So we went back around to go through the left lane, then waited and watched 3 people get helped in the right lane. Usually good but this really frustrated me. We ended up leaving because it felt like they were refusing to serve us and I’m really not sure why. No one said a word to us.
Coffee is great but the food is slowly killing you to many chemicals and fake stuff in their recipes
Shorted me hash browns on my mobile order, told them about next in, they basically said too bad, we are not going to take care of our mistake. So I’m going to delete their app and give my business to Wendy’s, Burger King or Jack in the Box.
