Always a great place to grab a burger 🍔
Expect to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive thru lane if there is even a small line. The last few months, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous morning, afternoon and night. The food is fine, but the line just completely stops for like 20 minutes all the time. The last straw was today, waited almost 30 minutes, got home and saw they didn’t add the bacon that I paid for. This place is 5 minutes away but I’m going to go to the one 10 minutes away instead!!!
I completed the survey on my ticket using the QR code to receive my reward, but the manager and employee didn't validate the promotion because I supposedly had to do it with an employee, but that's not mandatory. The questionnaire is designed to rate the experience at the location, which is why I'm leaving this negative review.
I really don't know why i get my food serve different then the other customer ever since first time i went to eat there i get treated differently i don't know if the way i look am a working person i do harm to nobody but yet even my refill does not get fill all the way
