I ordered breakfast and five orange juices. The OJ took longer than the meal. It turned out they were watering down the orange juice. I'm guessing they just didn't have enough OJ but they could have told us that instead of selling us orange flavored water

I had a really bad experience at McDonald’s today. I ordered through the mobile app, entered my table number, and sat down with my headphones on expecting table service. After waiting quite a while, I took off my headphones only to realize the staff had been loudly shouting my name at the counter instead of bringing the order to my table. Another "as expected" visit to McDonald's. The food the facilities and the atmosphere were in line with what I've come to expect at a McDonald's restaurant. Since nothing stood out either positively or negatively, the restaurant earns a solid three star rating. This indicates my expectations were met. Had I been disappointe, the rating would have been reduced accordingly. Pleasantly surprising me would have earned an additional star.
