I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I sat in the drive-thru behind a single car for 25 minutes without moving. At that point, my wife arrived on her break from Home Depot, and I still hadn’t even ordered her food, so we went inside thinking it would be faster. It wasn’t. We placed our order inside and waited over 30 minutes just to receive it. No sense of urgency, no communication, and no acknowledgment of how long customers were being left waiting.
