Foods never fresh, over priced frozen food with little to no good menu items. All the items that were good disappeared a long time ago.
Came in on 8/13 at 6:40 pm before work at 7 and ordered inside at the kiosk. Two snack wraps and a mocha frappe $11 and some change. Sat there in the lobby for 20 mins waiting until I had to leave for work and leave my order. Never got a refund. Didn't eat today so on my 10 break figured I'd give it another try. Ordered a frappe with a shot of espresso and pink whipped topping which was 1.00 extra for each. Picked up my order and no espresso and no pink whipped cream. Best Micky Das I've been in in a while
The worker in the back had her shoes off walking around. Took almost 20 minutes to get our food and tea and they weren’t even busy!
Went and got a crispy deluxe. Came out to $12.03. I gave the girl $22.05. She threw it in the drawer and closed it. I told her she owed me $10. She then tried to hand me change that was wrong three times. Finally when I mathed it out to her that I was owed $10 she said the manager was going to pull the drawer and count it and make sure. She wanted me to pull forward and park for 15 minutes and wait for that to happen. Like what?? I called the manager and he confirmed that was his plan.
