As i waited the 30 minutes for my food, 8 delivery orders were picked up and north of 25 cars passed through the drive through. You could hear the staff being overworked. I dont blame them for sit in customers being ignored, its the franchise owners fault for treating sit ins like second class customers and nurturing an atmosphere of " just pay and leave" . Definitely never coming back here and I encourage others to do the same.
Earlier this evening, I visited your establishment for dinner. I utilized the self-service kiosk due to the unavailability of staff at the front registers. Unfortunately, the kiosk failed to print a receipt, necessitating a request for assistance from an employee. The individual who assisted me appeared to be inconvenienced by this request, as they were required to leave their position at the cashier station. Messed up my order, so they redid it. And messed it up again!
Went through drive through twice and got my order wrong both times. Almost felt like it was done on purpose.
