What an incredibly disappointing experience. My wife and I pulled into the drive thru at 10:19 a.m. The line was slow, but we were patient, assuming that once we got to the order box, we would still have time to grab breakfast. By the time we finally reached the speaker, it was 10:31. I literally watched the menu board switch from breakfast to lunch while we were stuck in line. Horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service. The people that work there are trash they need to hire different people.
