Bad customer service
Horrible customer service! Waited 30 mins for my order and all the manager could say was he was sorry. And btw the food still wasn’t ready after 30mins!! Horrible management and customer service
This location has the rudest and most disrespectful staff. They spoke to us very poorly and were extremely rude and unprofessional. We went back to place another order, but the shift manager deliberately gave us a hard time and refused to take our order. I believe this kind of behavior goes against McDonald’s customer service policies and standards
They didnt chsnge my ice cream and the maneger was hella rude
