I give credit where it’s due, they may have messed up my order, but they did go above and beyond in rectifying it, thank you
My mom ordered food at 9:15 am. Food hasn't even arrived at 9:30 am. It shouldn't take over 20 minutes for food to arrive and the food was barely hot. This is a fast food place not some fancy restaurant that should take so long to serve. My moms pancakes weren't even cooked and why is the sausage cut in half?? Absolutely horrible. It's as if the store is in slow motion.
Sometimes there's no ketchup
