Bathroom was horribly dirty. Kid at counter didn’t know how to run the register (only person at the registers), took 20 minutes to get my order and you would think they could get a sausage egg biscuit right, they forgot the egg.
I paid for the person in the drive through behind me even though it was a total stranger, and the person who took my money refused to give me a receipt. I guess they don’t like having their customers receive a pleasant surprise! I’ve never been denied a receipt when paying for someone else’s meal at Burger King, Wendy’s, or Chick Fil-A. They love it when one customer spontaneously makes another customer’s day, and thank me for it! I will never be back to McDonalds.
Here right now. Been here with 3 young kids for over 35 minutes. Took 15 minutes to get waited on at the register. Only ordered 3 sundaes, 1 frie and an apple pie. People who came in behind have gotten their food and gone. Staff is not friendly. Plenty of staff back there and more focused on the drive thru. Will not be back.
After waiting for nearly a half hour, I got cold soggy fries set sideways in the bag to ensure that they'd all dump out in the bag. A burger that looked like it was slapped together as an after thought with a single pickle and next to no other condiments. Had to badger them to get my drink & even then I had to go back for a lid. Terrible service, dirty dining room, and crappy food. Not to mention the attitude of some of the servers. Charged me for the wrong order. Refunded me for a different order than what was charged (still not mine). Made it right in the end.
