Staffs are not attentive and they are just making fun
Worst run McDonald's in the city. I have worked in four different malls in Toronto and lived here all my life, this is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever had the displeasure of having to frequent. The staff have no coordination or idea of what's going on at any given time. The orders are made at random so you regularly end up waiting 15 minutes for your order while watching multiple multi-meal orders of people who ordered after you get served first.
