We used to go here all the time, as we buy lunch for our staff. We've had the same problem as others I have read on here. The fries are never filled to their capacity. A large fry can be filled as low as a medium size but never above the lip of the box. I have complained to McDonald's as well as this location and they offered us a free meal. That was back mid 2025.
