There is a manager by the name of Kalitha who is the worst person to be in customer service. To my knowledge she has had a lot of complaints and still works there. She has a rude attitude mouth and the General manager was there and did not stop her from running her mouth. My daughter was just hired and was told to come and get the orientation paperwork and that lady went off, not to us but to the GM about how it wasn't done that way.
