Ordered 2 double cheese burgers that did not even add up to one. Burger has got very small.
They ignore people up front and manager was very rude and unprofessional.She should not be someone who works with the public.
Probably the worst customer service in a dive through I have ever seen. Nothing is ready in time. They make every cat pull forward so their numbers look good but they are terrible.
Ordered breakfast at 10:45am on the app. My significant other words on his way home from work and was gonna pick it up. He arrived at 11:20 and they told him no even though it was already paid for because breakfast is over even though they should be able to accommodate it because they have all the ingredients to make it. It’s all frozen. They didn’t even offer to give the non-breakfast items like the coffee as well. Not ordering there anymore.
